At the occasion of your stay in Colmar, capital of Alsace wines, discover or deepen your knowledge of oenology.
Guided by our Head Sommelier, in the tasting cellar of Restaurant Girardin, explore the Alsace terroir through a selection of wines, characteristic of the region. Put your eyes, nose and palate on the alert to discover and savor the riches of Alsace.
